On July 30th, all employees of Chearihi gathered in front of the signboard on the second floor of the manufacturing department to carry out a reiteration of the “Iron Hammer Storm” activity. In terms of system, process, and implementation, the spirit of “three irons” in quality management was emphasized, which includes iron determination, iron discipline, and iron wrist. Deeply implementing the “Iron Hammer Storm” aims to urge all company employees to increase their quality awareness, reduce the rate of defective products, and improve customer satisfaction, laying the foundation for the company to implement “zero defects” management.

The core of “zero defects” work is to do the right thing correctly the first time! We aim to enhance the sense of ownership among all employees, turning “what I have to do” into “what I want to do”, not only for quality management but also in other situations.

To facilitate the effective implementation of the company’s “Quality Month” activity, the manufacturing and quality departments have developed the activity plan and established an implementation promotion team. The activity is conducted comprehensively in three stages: quality promotion, implementation, and activity summary.
Through various promotion methods such as employee meetings, quality slogans, simulated inspections, and weekly meetings, the theme and content of the Quality Month activity are promoted, creating a positive atmosphere of “quality awareness in mind, product quality in hand”.




Since the beginning of July, our company has been promoting the Quality Month activity by displaying slogans such as “Doing the right thing correctly the first time”, “Quality is manufactured, not inspected”, “Eliminating all non-conforming products is the premise of quality assurance”, “Reform is innovation, innovation starts from the heart”, and “Implementing a measure is better than ten slogans” in prominent positions in the workshop. This is to remind everyone to conduct six rounds of activities focusing on employee quality awareness, inspection standards, and job skills training.



The manufacturing department, planning, warehouse, technology, and equipment units have fully implemented a positive atmosphere of “quality awareness in mind, product quality in hand” through self-examination and self-correction.







“Iron Hammer Storm” in Action
In 1985, there was the Haier refrigerator smashing incident, and now we have the Chearihi PCBA smashing incident, which urges all employees to reflect on their quality and have zero tolerance for defective products. Mr. Yuji Yang, the general manager of the company, has emphasized the importance of establishing a correct quality concept from the beginning and not causing trouble for customers, as well as preventing defective products from being released. Regarding on-site inspections of defective products, responsible persons are required to confirm their responsibilities, making them and all employees feel the impact, and only then will they remember and eliminate their shortcomings and strengthen their awareness. Through the “Iron Hammer Storm” activity, on-site inspections, and education, it is evident that employees are feeling a stronger sense of honor and responsibility, and an enhanced sense of duty.

Each strike of the iron hammer is a determination of the Chearihi people, a persistence, and a brilliant future for Chearihi.
