On the afternoon of September 4, 2018, the unveiling ceremony of the “Smart Double Innovation Intelligent Manufacturing” demonstration enterprise in Chuzhou Economic Development Zone was held in the intelligent manufacturing demonstration base of Chearihi, Anhui branch of China Household Appliance Research Institute. Wang Tuqiang, director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People’s Congress, Zhu Yunxia, deputy director of the Party Working Committee of the Economic Development District Management Committee, Yang Jiaqing, deputy director of the Management Committee, and other leaders attended the unveiling ceremony.
Before the unveiling ceremony, the responsible comrades of the branch accompanied the leaders to visit the Anhui Chearihi intelligent manufacturing Demonstration base and introduced the system research and development and technical achievements made by the Chearihi intelligent manufacturing upgrade. The iProject system developed and designed by the Chearihi research team is an intelligent manufacturing management system integrating MES (Manufacturing Execution System), APS (Advanced production scheduling), PLM (product life cycle management), ERP (enterprise resource planning), and other systems, which can help customers and enterprises realize intelligent process control and production optimization.
At the subsequent symposium, Director Wang Tuqiang stressed that enterprises should take the initiative to “cloud”, which can help solve marketing problems and effectively reduce product manufacturing costs. It is necessary to further deepen the “Internet + intelligent manufacturing” through the demonstration and driving role of typical projects, make Chuzhou’s “data-driven + innovation-driven” broader and better, and make Chuzhou’s home appliance industry bigger and stronger in the new wave of innovation.
