To enrich the cultural life of employees and promote cultural exchange within the company, a basketball-friendly match was held on April 2, 2019, at 4 pm in the park between our newly formed basketball team and the team from our brother company, Zhongrenbeijia Basketball Team, under the initiative of the party branches of both companies.
The friendly match was divided into red and blue teams, with the red team consisting of employees from Zhongrenbeijia and the blue team consisting of employees from Zhongjiazhirui, Chearihi, and Zhongjiayun. The red team initially took the lead, but the blue team quickly adjusted and turned the game around, winning the friendly match. Even though the blue team was significantly ahead, the red team still fought for every point, showing a commendable spirit.
Following the principle of “friendship first, competition second”, the match allowed employees to relax and experience the power and warmth of the team, strengthening communication between companies in the park and promoting friendship among employees.
The successful organization of this friendly match would not have been possible without the support of the park company leadership, the logistics department, and the active participation of the players. In the future, the company will continue to organize a variety of cultural and sports activities to promote the physical and mental health of employees, enrich the company’s corporate culture, and drive rapid and vigorous development of the company.
