In response to the 18th “Safe Production Month” in June this year, the company successfully held a fire extinguishing exercise at the testing base in the park on the afternoon of June 3, 2019. The production and manufacturing departments, related functional departments, and later support personnel participated in the fire drill and fire fighting exercises to further strengthen the fire safety awareness of all employees and improve their practical firefighting skills.
Before the exercise, the company’s safety officer mobilized the participants and explained the rules and precautions in detail. With the hot summer approaching and temperatures rising, fire safety in the company has become a top priority for workplace safety. Through the fire drill, all employees have improved their fire safety awareness and enhanced their ability to self-rescue in fire emergencies, which will have a positive impact on future production and home safety.
The company’s safety officer, Cao Jihan, provided in-depth explanations of the use of fire-fighting equipment and demonstrated the key fire-fighting techniques, which the employees acting as volunteer firefighters remembered. This allowed everyone to acquire basic skills to extinguish small fires. At the same time, the safety officer emphasized the safety precautions for the use of certain chemical materials at the company.
After the fire drill, the safety officer called on all employees to learn and master fire safety knowledge and enhance their awareness of safety and fire prevention. In the event of a fire, they should remain calm and effectively carry out safety precautions. We have reason to believe that today’s drill will provide effective practical experience for future emergency work, and also lay a solid safety foundation for the upcoming peak season and daily production work!
