Since July 2018, Chearihi has commissioned Mr. Fan Jianbo from Huidi Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. to conduct 5 internal trainings on the IATF16949 system for the company’s management, engineering design personnel, manufacturing, and quality-related staff.
Mr. Fan explained the background of the IATF16949 standard, the differences from the previous version TS16949, the core requirements of the new standard, and the basic knowledge of the entire system audit through standard interpretation and vivid case analysis. This has enhanced the participants’ understanding and application capabilities of the new standard and laid a solid foundation for our company to better adapt to the international standards in the new environment.
Many times of intensive training to our management has brought a new concept so that everyone in the future work can do the law, the idea will be more open; I hope that all colleagues can absorb and retrain the knowledge learned through this training, and fully apply it to work practice, and make contributions to the company’s product quality and enterprise management ability.
