To further improve the company’s business processes and effectively control risks, and to form a standardized operation and standardized management model, the company, from a strategic perspective, introduced the IATF 16949 management system in 2018, and successfully passed the SGS certification second stage audit on July 26, 2019.
On July 25 and 26, the Chearihi conducted a two-day IATF 16949 factory second-stage audit. On the morning of the 25th, the certification’s first meeting was held, attended by two SGS certification audit team teachers, the company’s deputy general manager Tang Weida, and department heads. During the meeting, Deputy General Manager Tang Weida pointed out that IATF 16949 is a comprehensive management system for products and processes. He hoped that each department could apply the IATF16949 management methods to their work in the future and that each department would fully cooperate with the audit teachers to complete the audit work.
The audit team inspected the quality policy, quality objectives, KPI performance, and overall process control through on-site inquiries, sampling, and inspections. The audit teachers conducted a comprehensive review of the closure of first-stage issues and engaged in in-depth discussions with relevant departments regarding the second-stage procedural documents. After rigorous review, the audit experts unanimously agreed that Chearihi passed the IATF 16949 second-stage audit.
During the closing meeting on the 26th, the audit team teachers expressed a basic affirmation of the company’s 16949 system operation. They were deeply impressed by Chearihi’s well-organized production site and efficient MES system. At the same time, they identified general non-conformities during the audit process and required timely rectification. Tang emphasized that the improvement of the quality system is an ongoing process. The issues raised by the audit teachers are the company’s areas for improvement, and the company will make every effort to rectify the non-conformities. The certification of the system passing not only proves the company’s strength but also serves as motivation for the company’s future growth. The company will continue to strictly adhere to system requirements in future work strictly, further optimize and standardize various management systems, continuously improve the effectiveness of system operation, actively explore, and strive to elevate the enterprise management system to new heights, laying the foundation for creating industry benchmarks and providing customers with better services!
