Chearihi Implementing – Job Skills Competition

To improve the on-site operational skills and theoretical level of Chearihi employees, and to promote the improvement of production efficiency and quality, on September 28, 2022, Chearihi organized the “Employee Job Skills Competition”, with a total of 68 participants from various workshops of the manufacturing system coming together to compete. The competition lasted for 2 days and was divided into two main modules: practical skills and theoretical knowledge, with a total of 10 events in three skill categories.

First is the SMT chip feeding project. For SMT chip production, the changeover feeding is an important project in the production preparation stage. Participants carefully checked the feeding tray, checked it again, and took the feeding process seriously, treating each operation with rigor.

The SMT furnace maintenance and inspection event saw participants meticulous and putting in their best effort to compete.

Events such as the DIP workshop’s plug-in, first piece inspection, welding, and final inspection were also held simultaneously.

There was a forklift skills competition in the storage unit.

Lasting for two days, and adhering to the competitive spirit of “compete, learn, strive, help, and exceed”, after the intense competition, the top three in each event were as follows:

After the competition, General Manager Tang and Minister Chen presented honor certificates to the winning participants. General Manager Tang emphasized that only through hard work and focus on improving one’s skills can one become outstanding in one position. He also encouraged all employees to love their work, strive for excellence, and grow together with the company.

Through organizing this skills competition, the enthusiasm of employees for their job responsibilities was stimulated, and their enthusiasm for learning job skills was guided. This will continue to improve the multi-skilled level of employees and promote innovation in job skills, thereby contributing to the creation of artisan-type talent for Chearihi.
